Mike is an easy-going family man and the statistics champion at The Aguiar Group. Moreover, he knows what is important and how to prioritize. As a man who has lived on the Eastside (Bellevue) for 34 years, has been married to his wife (Karen) for 20 years, and has worked for The Aguiar Group for 8 years, he says, “I pick just a few things in my life that are most important to me and invest 110% of myself.” And we’re happy that he has chosen clients at The Aguiar Group to invest 110% of his dedication. His quality-over-quantity approach is apparent in his work and much appreciated by our clients.
Mike serves as the Quality Control Associate at The Aguiar Group for tax returns and other projects. He is responsible for performing the final quality check on tax returns and coordinating delivery of the package to the client. Mike also helps the Firm track internal metrics and customizes our tax software programs to serve individual client needs. He is a key team player in evaluating our internal processes and is constantly looking for ways to improve our Firm.
Mike studied Computer Science at Seattle University. Prior to working at the Firm, Mike spent five years at Progressive Insurance working in administration and programming and stayed home to raise his daughter, Courtney.
