Nancy is known at The Aguiar Group for being “the historian”. Whether dealing with famous actors, world wars, or the City of Bellevue, she effortlessly recites names, dates, and little-known facts off the top of her head. Fortunately for us, Nancy’s uncanny ability to remember exact numbers and obscure facts translates into a well-versed tax and accounting consultant with a wealth of technical knowledge for her clients. Combined with her extensive work experience, warm-hearted demeanor, and strong research skills, Nancy provides high quality services to our individual and small business clients.
Nancy has worked with The Aguiar Group for over 15 years. She reviews corporate and partnership tax returns, provides interim controller/CFO services to business clients, and helps new clients with accounting software implementation (QuickBooks).
Nancy brings over 30 years of work experience to the Firm in a wide range of accounting disciplines. Before joining The Aguiar Group, she worked for a small CPA firm providing tax, audit, and accounting services to individuals and small businesses in Washington. She also gained experience working as an Assistant Controller for a software company for three years. Since joining the Firm, Nancy has served as a key team member of The Aguiar Group tax department and has served clients in the software, professional services, construction, real estate, and healthcare industries.
Nancy graduated from the University of Washington with Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.
